Effective immediately and until further notice: All Fields (Town or School Property and including the High School and Deerfield Tracks), Playgrounds, Tennis Courts and Basketball Courts are CLOSED

The following public buildings are closed to the public: Town Hall, Public Library, Council on Aging, ICC/Youth & Family Services, Carby Street which includes Public Works, Building Department and Economic Development, Recreation Department including the pool.  

A green drop box is located in front of Town Hall for residents to drop off payments and other correspondence.

Bullying Prevention TheaterWho: All high school students, grades 9-12.

What: Bullying Prevention Theater (BPT) Mentors rehearse and perform a series of skits for all Westwood 6th graders, which teach various aspects of social problem-solving and bullying prevention.  “Auditions” are typically held in September and no previous acting experience is necessary.

When: Mentors attend rehearsals Tuesdays from 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM through the fall months.

Bullying Prevention Theater Group PhotoIn January, BPT Mentors spend two afternoons at Thurston Middle School to perform the skits to the 6th grade class.

To become a BPT Mentor, please complete a Mentor Application.  Check back in Summer 2020 for Mentor Application.
