April 2026 Update

The Planning Board is transitioning its meeting packet software from IQM to Diligent, as IQM is no longer supported. We will continue to share application materials often well before the the meeting agenda is finalized and posted by the Town Clerk's Office. This requires publishing meeting agendas before they are finalized. As such, meeting agendas are subject to change prior to the official posting of the meeting notice, which usually occurs one week prior to the meeting. Changes include, but are not limited to, renumbering, the addition or removal of items, rewording, and more. 

What will happen to the materials shared via IQM?
IQM links to past applications will be removed, as they will no longer function. Staff are working to reupload the approved plans as attachments on all applications from 2025 onward, as well as notable applications from prior to 2025. All decisions will continue to be available, as they were not published through IQM. To request application materials not available here, please contact the Planning Division.

How will Diligent change how I utilize this page? 
For applications scheduled after this transition, the project links will bring you to the entire meeting packet instead of only that project. Selecting the link under the "Project" column will bring you to the next available meeting packet for which the project is scheduled. Upon opening the meeting packet, simply scroll to the application of interest.
