The Licensing Division is responsible for administrative duties associated with all license applications and annual renewals of existing licenses issued by the Local Licensing Authority (LLA), the Select Board.

The following are Classes of Licenses that are issued by the LLA:

• Common Victualler’s
• On-Premise Section 12 All-Alcoholic Beverages
• On-Premise Section 12 Wine & Malt Beverages Only
• Off-Premise Section 15 Wine & Malt
• Off- Premise Section 15 All Alcohol
• Entertainment
• Automobile Dealer Class I & II
• Junk Dealer
• Livery/Taxi
• Unattended Donation Containers
