Pursuant to Governor Baker’s March 12 2020 Order suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law MGL C. 30A Sec. 18 and the Governor’s March 15, 2020 order imposing strict limitations on the number of people that may gather in one place, the March 23, 2020 Board of Health will be live streamed by Westwood Media Center. LIST OF ITEMS TO BE DISCUSSED
The local public health emergency shall remain in effect until such time as the Governor’s State of Emergency declaration expires or the Board of Health determines that a Local Public Health Emergency no longer exists in Westwood.
The qualifying emergency in this matter is the declaration of a State of Emergency in the Commonwealth by the Governor in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and the Board’s need to take immediate action to combat community spread.
