1. 108 Sexton Avenue- The Board shall hear an application filed by Fredrick Jonas for a Special Permit pursuant to the Westwood Zoning Bylaw Section §4.5.3.2.2 [Alterations of Nonconforming Structures-Vertical Extension]. The Petitioner proposes to construct a second-floor addition to an existing single-family home. The existing structure violates the west side setback at 9.5’ where 20’ is required.  The second-floor addition will be located approximately 12.7’ from the west side lot line. The property is located in the Single Residence C (SRC) zoning district.
