EXECUTIVE SESSION: The Permanent Building Commission will be going into Executive Session to discuss one issue, pursuant to G.L. c.30A, §21(a)(3) to discuss strategy with respect to potential litigation, involving the High School Roof Project at 200 Nahatan Street, the discussion of which would have a detrimental effect on the position of the governing body if the discussion were in open session. The Commission will not return to open session.
