- Open Session – Status update from Town Counsel on Town of Westwood v. Westwood Land Trust, Norfolk Superior Court, C.A. No. 2582CV00808 – regarding June 17, 2026 post judgment motion seeking attorney’s fees served by the Westwood Land Trust against the Town.
- Executive Session – The Select Board will be going into Executive Session to discuss two issues, the first pursuant to G.L. c.30A, §21(a)(3), and, to discuss strategy with respect to litigation in relation to motion for attorney’s fees served by the Westwood Land Trust against the Town, in the matter known as Town of Westwood v. Westwood Land Trust, Norfolk Superior Court, C.A. No. 2582CV00808, subject to the Chair’s declaration that the discussion of which would have a detrimental effect on the position of the governing body if the discussion were in open session.The second issue pursuant to G.L. c.30A, §21(a)(6) is to discuss strategy with respect to the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property, related to the FS1 project and to disclose any further information would have a detrimental effect on the governing body.
