E. EXECUTIVE SESSION:
The Board of Assessors will motion to enter Executive Session under Purpose 7 to discuss and vote on matters
that are confidential in accordance with the law, such as but not limited to abatements and exemptions (MGL C.
59, Sec. 60), or property income & expense disclosures (MGL Ch. 59, Sec. 52B).
• Under Executive Session the Board of Assessors will review Executive Session minutes from February 24,
2026.
• Under Executive Session the Board of Assessors will review pending Appellate Tax Board cases which
include both confidential applications and income & expense disclosure information.
• Under Executive Session the Board of Assessors will review fiscal 2026 Personal Exemptions and fiscal
2026 Abatement applications.
• The Board of Assessors will not return to open session.
