- 33 Sunrise Road- The Board shall hear an application filed by Ralph Khirallah for Special Permits pursuant to the Westwood Zoning Bylaw Sections §4.5.3.2.1 [Nonconforming Structure-Horizontal Extension], §4.5.3.2.2 [Nonconforming Structure-Vertical Extension] and §4.5.3.3 [Expansion of Nonconformity]. The Petitioner proposes to demolish an existing garage and build a garage with a second story addition.The existing north side wall is nonconforming as it is 10.3’ at its nearest point and 11.2’ at the furthest point, where 20’ is required.The proposed garage will be located 10.3’ from the side lot line at the front and rear of the structure. The proposed garage rear side measurement of 10.3’ in the setback extends the existing nonconformity horizontally by 0.9’.The proposed second story addition will also extend the existing nonconformity in the side setback vertically. The property is located in the Single Residence C (SRC) zoning district.
