Update - February 23, 2026
Due to the forecasted severe winter storm associated safety and travel impact, the February 23 Select Board hybrid meeting will be canceled and rescheduled for February 25. The February 25 hybrid meeting will be held via Zoom and in-person at the Main Library.
NOTE: Notices and agendas are to be posted at least 48 hours in advance of the meetings excluding Saturday, Sundays, and legal holidays. Please keep in mind the Town Clerk’s business hours of operation and make the necessary arrangements to be sure this notice is received and stamped in the adequate amount of time.

Pursuant to Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023, amended on March 28, 2025, Governor Maura Healey signed into law, an Act Extending pandemic related authorizations related to public meetings, allowing hybrid meeting options for public bodies through June 30, 2027.
This meeting will be conducted in person and via remote means, in accordance with applicable law. This means that members of the public body as well as members of the public may access this meeting in person, or via virtual means. In person attendance will be at the meeting location listed above, and it is possible that any or all members of the public body may attend remotely, with in-person attendance consisting of members of the public. The meeting may also be accessed remotely using the webinar link below. When required by law or allowed by the Chair, persons wishing to provide public comment or otherwise participate in the meeting, may do so by in person attendance, or by accessing the meeting remotely, as noted below.
The meeting will be live-streamed by Westwood Media Center and can be viewed on WMC’s YouTube. Our government channels will be broadcasting the meeting on Comcast channel 6 and Verizon channel 42.

N. EXECUTIVE SESSION
The Select Board will be going into Executive Session to discuss four issues, the first pursuant to G.L. c.30A, §21(a)(3) to discuss strategy with respect to litigation, involving the property at 665 Clapboardtree Street; the second pursuant to G.L. c.30A, §21(a)(3) to discuss strategy with respect to General Collective Bargaining for Union Personnel; the third pursuant to G.L. c.30A §22 (f)(g) to comply with any general law for review of Executive Session Minutes; and the fourth pursuant to G.L. c.30A §22 (f)(g) to comply with any general law for release of Executive Session Minutes, discussion of which would have a detrimental effect on the position of the governing body if the discussion were in open session. The Board will not return to open session.
