1. Attendance and call to order.

    

2. Board of Assessors will review Open Session meeting minutes from November 6, 2025 and the minutes from the joint meeting with the Select Board (Classification Hearing) held on November 17, 2025.

    

3. Town Assessor Cheryl Hanly to provide an update on departmental activities.

    

4. Board of Assessors to discuss next meeting date.

    

5. Board of Assessors to discuss other business that may properly come before the Board.

    

6. EXECUTIVE SESSION:

    

   The Board of Assessors will motion to enter Executive Session under Purpose 7 to discuss and vote on matters that are confidential in accordance with the law, such as but not limited to abatements and exemptions (MGL C. 59, Sec. 60), or property income & expense disclosures (MGL Ch. 59, Sec. 52B). 

    

7. Adjournment

• Under Executive Session the Board of Assessors will review Executive Session minutes from November 6, 2025.
• Under Executive Session the Board of Assessors will review fiscal 2026 Personal Exemption applications.
• The Board of Assessors will not return to open session.

   

NOTE: Per changes to Open Meeting Law, effective July 1, 2010, notice of any meeting of public body shall include “A listing of topics that the chair reasonably anticipates will be discussed at the meeting”. Topics must give enough specificity so that the public understands what will be discussed, but not necessarily all items that may come up. Please list those topics above.
