NEW BUSINESS

• Introduction of Rachel as our new Town Liaison, with a short introduction of each member
• Revisit the Commission members' preference for our meetings going forward
• Discuss our remaining meetings for 2025. We have the following on our schedule: Tuesday, 10/7, Tuesday, 11/1, will need to be rescheduled as this is Veterans' Day, and Tuesday, 12/9.
• ADA Park (22 Everett Street): Draft an official letter from the Commission on Disability summarizing the feedback they provided at the May 13th meeting so the Planning Board has their formal comments on record before construction.
• • Pine Hill School Footpath: Schedule a September CoD meeting ahead of the Planning Board’s September 30th session, so the Commission can review and vote on an official statement REVISED Pine Hill School Footpath: Commission to review and vote on an official statement for the Planning Board’s September 30^th session.
• Brainstorm with the Commission on what they feel we should or need to address (this may be excluded if we do not have the time.)
