1.  #3, #6 & #9 Recess Way Earth Material Movement (EMM - EIDR*) - Public hearing. Applicant proposes to import more than 200 cubic yards of fill to build three single family homes off Far Reach Road.  The three house lots and open space lot were approved as part of an Open Space Residential Development Subdivision and EIDR* approval in 2015.

2.  Open Space and Recreation Plan (OSRP) - Continued public hearing.  The Board voted to send the final approved OSRP to Metropolitan Area Planning Council (MAPC) for comments on May 26th.  This hearing was continued to July 21st to review any comments MAPC may have.

3. Discussion of possible Zoning Amendments for future Town Meeting
