1. 425 Providence Highway- The Board shall hear an application filed by AMR Real Estate Holdings, LLC for a Special Permit pursuant to the Westwood Zoning Bylaw Sections §6.2.15 [Signs-Special Permits] and §6.2.7 [Signs Allowed in Highway Business (HB)].The Petitioner proposes to add three new signs to an existing commercial building. The addition of the three (3) new signs make a total of five (5) signs on site, which exceeds the maximum number allowable. The applicant is seeking relief for the number of signs, total square footage and total signage area allowed. The property is located in the Highway Business (HB) zoning district.
