Community Electricity Aggregation Plan public review period

At the May 6, 2019 annual Town Meeting, Westwood residents voted to authorize the Town to develop a Community Electricity Aggregation (CEA) plan to aggregate the electricity load of Westwood residents and businesses. The goals of the CEA are to provide local renewable energy options; rate stability and competitively priced electricity.

At the October 28, 2019 meeting, the Select Board opened the two-week public review period from October 29, 2019 to November 12, 2019 for residents to submit written comments regarding the aggregation plan.

Oral comments will be received at the Select Board meeting on November 18, 2019.

The CEA draft plan is available for review at Westwood Town Hall, 580 High Street during regular business hours or by visiting westwood-cea.com located on the town website.

  • No one affiliated with the Community Electricity Aggregation program will ever come to your home or call you.
  • Any mailings regarding the Community Electricity Aggregation program will always contain the town seal on the envelope or any correspondence.
