- Review and approve revised job description for Director of Youth & Family Services and place on ATP Compensation Plan
- Review and approve revised job description for Youth Services Counselor and place on ATP Compensation Plan
- Review and approve revised job description for Public Safety Dispatcher (formerly Civilian Communications Officer) and place on ATP Compensation Plan
- Review and approve Public Safety Dispatcher Supervisor job description and place on the ATP Compensation Plan
- Review and approve Housing Director job description and place on the ATP Compensation Plan
- Review DPW Interim Plan and determine out-of-grade stipend for Deputy Director of Public Works and Highway Superintendent
- Review revised CORI Policy for recommendation to the Board of Selectmen
