At a meeting of the Board of Appeals held on Wednesday, July 20, 2011, it was voted unanimously to include the following language in any notice emanating from the Board. Said decision will be recorded with The Town Clerk and made part of the Rules and Regulations governing the Zoning Board of Appeals.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to Chapter 40A, §9, the WESTWOOD BOARD OF APPEALS will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 00, 0000 at 7:00PM in the Champagne Meeting Room, Carby Street Municipal Office Building, 50 Carby Street, Westwood, Massachusetts 02090, regarding an application filed by Mr. John Q. Public for a Special Permit pursuant to the Westwood Zoning Bylaw, Section 4.5.6 entitled Special Permit in order to add a full shed dormer to the rear of the house and two small dormers to the front of the house which will raise the height in the setback. Any zoning relief that may be required in adherence to the Westwood Zoning Bylaw shall be considered by the Board.
