Finance & Warrant Commission

The Finance and Warrant Commission has completed its work for the fiscal year 2013. Five Finance and Warrant Commission memberships expired at the May 6, 2013 Annual Town Meeting and over the next several weeks, the Town Moderator will fill those vacancies.
A reorganization meeting will be held in June (date yet to be determined) when next year’s Chairman will be elected. Our web site will be updated in July.
The Finance and Warrant Commission's 2013 Special and Annual Town Meeting Report can be viewed by clicking the icon at the bottom of this page. In addition to our recommendations on warrant articles, this document contains several summaries which highlight the FY14 approved budget, as well as significant information on the Town's finances. Every effort was made to produce this information as user-friendly as possible so that you could make knowledgeable decisions at the May Special and Annual Town Meetings. Our attempts seem to have been successful, since you approved the FY14 budget and warrant articles as the Finance and Warrant Commission recommended.
We hope the information you found posted on our web site during the past year was both interesting and of some help in deciding your votes at Town Meeting. We welcome your comments and suggestions for enhancing our web site.
If anyone has topics they would like explored at any of our meetings, we would consider adding them to a future meeting agenda.
